PC Timothy Able didn’t really live up to his name. He seemed very young and lacking a little in both confidence and initiative, He was in need of much training in the job and what often found asking Bob Cryer “what should I do next?” which did on occasion annoy his sergeant. His ability to take statements were also lacking and he found himself alongside PC George Garfeild, having extra lessons from Inspector Christine Frazer. We hope when Timothy moved on to another station (which he did very quietly), he matured and grew into the job because he was a very likeable chap.
