If you blinked at the wrong time it is highly possible that you may have missed PC Billy Rowan. He arrived at Sun Hill on the same day as PC Sally Armstrong unfortunately that first day was to be Billy’s last. A trip out to abandoned factory to investigate a disturbance with Sgt Nikki Wright turned into disaster. They found themselves separated, with an iron door between Billy and his sergeant Billy was attacked and killed.
